Hi everyone,
I’ve finished the 7Sage curriculum and just read The Loophole. I’m wondering if anyone who has read The Loophole would be interested in working on some questions together. I’d like to practice using the Party Trick and the Powerful/Provable Primers. Let me know!
Hi, I would love to join the group!
I think the rest of the time is for the break!
Thank you so much for the link! This makes alot of sense!
Governments by consent are commonly discussed in political science/political philosophy classes.
In my understanding, this question is suggesting since all individual interests are different, it is difficult for one government to represent the interests of each individual person. Since individual interests are not represented, the question implies that government consent is impossible.
How long should we be giving ourselves for each question when we are doing the drill? Is there a rule of thumb for how long we should spend on each question? I was between 1:09-1:47 min per question.
Does anyone else find it shocking that 92% of people answered this question correctly? I understand it is not a very difficult question but still, I am surprised.
I am also a poli major (graduated last year) and had to take a lower-level stats class and a higher-level stats class to graduate. I found the information we learned to be super helpful for the LSAT.
what to do when If a negate sufficient condition indicator exists in the same sentence with a negate necessary one? I don't understand how to translate these...
I am confused about how to translate examples when they have both, "cannot and unless" in the same sentence since the rules seem to contradict themselves.
For example: "You cannot ride the roller coaster if you are under 4 feet tall unless you are older than 16 years old."
Or "Katherine cannot join the call unless Raj does not join the call."
Please help me translate these sentences into conditional language. Thank you.
Can someone explain 4.2? Shouldn't the main conclusion and subsidiary be reversed?
I have messaged everyone who has commented so far!
