The real test, you need to sign up for on the LSAC website. Pick a date (Dec, Feb, June, Sept) and a place. Then go to the testing center the day of the test.
A practice test is available on the LSAC's website as well to print out if you want to see where you are at. They have the June 2007 test I believe.
You have the starter package, so the first one you want to take is right in the beginning of your syllabus under "LSAT PrepTest June 2007" It's right after the lessons on Blind Review. The rest of the tests included with your package are at the bottom of the page after the core curriculum.
if you're asking if the entire LSAT is taken online, no, it is still a paper and pencil test for now.
