Can't get any videos to play

Hey I was wondering if I could get some help making the logic game videos play. When I try to open them it says it can't play them.

What internet browser are you using? Sometimes, in the past, Safari has given me a bit of trouble. Not because of 7Sage, just because Safari sucks in general. Chrome has been good to me.

Also, try clearing your cache before anything else. Usually solves 90% of the issues.

Videos are playing fine for me in Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

I cleared my cache on google chrome and still none of the videos will load. My internet connection is fine.

Did you restart your computer afterwards?

Please link a video you're trying to watch so I can check into it.

Sounds like your browser is bogged up or you're having net issues... I am able to load that video and the Problem Sets fine.

Please clear your cache again then restart your computer:

If you have a modem or a router, please restart those as well.

Can you guys confirm if you're still having issues viewing the videos? I did some testing last night to see if it was a server issue and nothing came back.
