when should i do my baseline test?

I went through the first 2 things on the course syllabus for grammar already, when should i attach a PT for some baseline stuff? and what PT should i do?

I think you may be thinking of the cold diagnostic test. The first PT you take to give yourself an idea of where you are starting from. June 2007 is the one that everyone starts from. If you go to Resources, LSAT Analytics, you can plug in your score on that test. then the charts will tell you where you are strong/weak.
