LSAC fee waiver question

My question concerns the lsac fee waiver. I should be approved without any trouble but I am having the hardest time getting my non filing form from the IRS. I have faxed them the request form and also called a couple times and still no luck. I would normally just wait and not be so anxious but my account is on hold due to it and with scores coming out thos week I really don't want to be stuck SOL waiting for the IRS to mail me the info LSAC requested. Do you guys know if it's possible to cancel the fee waiver to not have my account on hold and see my scores and then re submit it afterward to still receive the fee waivers? Any help is appreciated!
