Hi i am logged onto the lsage app on my phone but i cant see the words on the screen. I can hear u on the video and see a red dot which u use to explain but i cant see the words. Could u help please?

Hi I cannot see the words on the LSAGE website for sequencing games. The screen is blank and all I see is a red dot and hear your voice. This was the same problem I was having using the lsage app on my samsung 4. Could you please help?

Hey Smurfette101-1, some of the videos start off with nothing on the screen except the cursor (red dot). The text and diagrams get added as the video progresses.

Please try playing the video through, or skipping ahead in the video. I hope this helps! Let me know if you still can't see anything on the screen.
