Hi! I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with not being able to print some of the LSAT Preptests. I was able to print 47 and 48, but for some reason 46 won't print. It's very strange! Says there is a printer error, but the other two printed. Any advice?

Thanks for letting us know about this, Bret! I tried printing PrepTest 46 from the website and it worked for my printer. Have you tried using a different printer? I also recommend resetting your computer, redownloading the file, and trying to print again.

If this doesn't work, please let me know what printer error you are getting, and what program you are printing from (i.e. Mac Preview, Adobe Reader, etc). I want to help get this working for you!

    Hey Alan,

What is happening is very strange. I finally got 46 to print, I took the test timed, and then realized that the very last page of the Games section was only printed half-way! lol.

The following page that printed gave this message:

    ERROR: ioerror
    OFFENDING COMMAND: image

    STACK:
    -dictionary-

I am printing from a university computer within our campus library. I attend the University of Oregon. I am using their computers. Currently, I am on a PC, a Dell. I think it uses Windows 7, but I am not positive.

If you have any more questions, I will do my best to answer. Thank you for your diligence!

I forgot to mention that I am printing from Adobe Reader.

Hey Bret, did you try to reprint that page? The file prints fine from my PC running Reader (sorry?).

I don't know what's wrong, but it doesn't let me when I try to download a pretest or drill. The problem is whenever I go to download, it asks for my password for 7 sage which I put in, but it always says that it's wrong, and I never have a problem with logging into 7 sage, so I don't understand why I keep getting the password incorrect or failed. Can someone help, please? Thank you!

    Hi @sry21,

Just a quick heads up! The password for the PDFs is actually your 7Sage account email address, not your regular account password. Here's a handy screenshot for reference:

    I hope this helps!
