How to Interpret the Percentages on the 7Sage Law School Admissions Predictor

Can someone tell me how I should read the varying percentages on the 7Sage law school admissions predictor?

The way I have been construing the numbers is as follows:
-- Under 40% = Reach
- 40% - 70% = Target
- Over 70% = Safety

Separately, there is a school on my list where I have a 38% chance of admission. In that case, would this particular school be a target or reach? Thank you!

There is no universal definition for those terms. Having a 38% chance of admission for a school means you have a 38% chance of admission, given the data available. Whether you want to call that a reach or a target depends on what those odds mean to you.

There are levels to this, but you can boil most of it down to if you are at or above the 50 percentile GPA and LSAT you will likely get in. If you are not, you will likely not get admitted directly (waitlist, deny, wait longer to hear back etc.)
