Yes! Plain white paper and its not lined. Just a heads up. You're also given a pen but bring pencils because trading off between the two can be of use for logic games. Example: create game board with pen and then pencil/erase per question... saved me some time.

Note you will not be given a second booklet of scrap so be economical with it.
How many pages of scrap paper are provided and is that number standard across all test centers? Thanks for the insights.
I've heard it's about 14 blank pages.
