Security token has expired

I’m getting a message during my problem sets that my security token has expired and it kicks me out completely. Can you please advise? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble! That's definitely frustrating.

    I tried to reproduce the issue with a Problem Set, but it's not showing up on my side. I was able to go 30 minutes without the security token expiring. Do you mind sharing some more details (like what device your using, what browser, etc.) about what happened on your side so I can more closely match what is causing the issue?

    In the meantime, you can try the following:
    1. Clear your cache: https://7sage.com/clear-cache/
    2. Force Refresh by scrolling down the bottom of the page then tapping on "Force Refresh"

    3. Use a different web browser. We find Google Chrome to work best with our website.
