Hi All!
Looking to find a study buddy or group (the more the merrier) that would be open to working together and helping each other out towards doing as well as possible on this January's LSAT. I'm currently about half way through the 'Sufficient Assumption & Pseudo Sufficient Assumption Questions' section and am starting to struggle a bit for the first time in this course. Would love to set up maybe a group me, google doc, and maybe hold weekly video chats to really get the most out of this program and help one another make it as immersive as possible. Let me know if your interested/ have ideas to add! Thanks in advance!
Best of luck,
Sal

Hi Sal, I just finished the SA and PSA section and took me way longer than planned. I would like to join your group.
Hope it works out, have seen groups made and been apart of some groups here for the past 2 years. What seems to happen is it works for 1 or 2 weeks than for whatever reason the group breaks.
Ultimately, accountability rests with the person and his/her desire to get a good score. A virtual partner/s does not in my opinion help with that.
Hey..I'd love to join and have had success with study groups in the past. In the past, what seemed to work best is to zoom weekly and cover LR sections and one of the RC passages that most struggled with. Avoiding the LG sections b/c Jy's explanations are great. Now, some of the members of our group took it and moved on. However, there's still me and another girl. Maybe we could both join you. The easiest way we found is keeping the group focused and doing the PT's timed and after BR individually, then as a group on zoom covering the questions we still struggled with or had lingering questions about. Also, it seemed that it was most helpful to study with others taking the same exam and focusing on the lower numbered tests first so you don't run out of newer PT's (saving the later ones for about 1.5 mos out from test day). Also, if you don't already I would suggest that you get a groupme free account and ask for others to leave their email here and then you add them to the groupme chat, that way everyone in the group communicates. Right now I can commit to one PT per week and one virtual zoom meeting per week to cover. For example, if we met Weds, then thu-tue we individually work on assigned PT and BR, then be ready for Wed to cover it. Here's my email mirnachamp@gmail.com
Amped to see this many responses! Based off the comments above I think the best way to go about this would be to get a groupme together right away so that we can figure out a weekly time that works for all of us and work out the specifics on what exactly we want to cover during those meetings (whether it be curriculum, practice tests, or both?). If you could all drop your emails in the comments below/ want to shoot me a message with your email, I'll get a group me up and running for us by tomorrow afternoon. Really looking forward to working with all of you!

I would really like to join, I am an American living outside the US (on EST time) so finding anyone locally is not possible. I have found that having to explain my reasoning to others out loud is a huge help, I often see the mistake I made as I have to explain myself to someone. It does not work so well when I try to explain and LR question to a chair....lol My email is drcopeland@hotmail.com
