Powerful vs. Provable

Hi everyone- any tips on the Powerful vs. Provable framework in helping to eliminate the answer choices? Loophole mentions this but it's a bit confusing. Can anyone try to break this trick down? In terms of question type and how powerful/provable AC either should be eliminated or be the correct one?

It's essentially the difference between something that is "likely", can be inferred, or is most strongly supported, versus something that is certain, assured, or must be true. Provable is looking for weaker language, be cautious of "all" "every" "none", etc. With powerful answer choices you are looking for something that is more declarative. Just be sure you know from the question type/stimulus which you need to look for. If it talks about "some" or uses weak language, be skeptical of answer choices with language that is too strong, as that is more difficult to prove. You will want to be careful not to eliminate answer choices strictly based upon language in the ACs, but be more critical of ACs that are too strong. Hope that helps!
