I’ve noticed PT91 and PT92 have two LG sections each, but do we ever get this in the real exam?

It is possible to get a second LG section as your experimental section.

Yes. You get all three sections plus one fun bonus "mystery" section (LG/RC/LR) that won't count towards your score.
