how many recommendation letters?

Some schools note at least 2 recommendation letters, with max of 3 or 4, and I was wondering how many are you guys submitting?

I've been submitting 2 to all of my schools, since the majority of have a max of 2, I didn't feel like hunting down a third rec for just a couple schools.
