If your goal is to attend law school immediately after receiving the degree, meaning you don't plan to work in either of those fields, and you enjoy each major equally, I'd choose the major that you think you can receive the highest GPA in. If you're significantly more interested in one major over the other or plan to work in whichever field you receive the degree in, however, I'd go with the field you're more interested in.
