Will there be a recording? Unfortunately, I work out of the country right now and it'll be 1am here.

Thanks! It’s a hard undertaking we’ve all taken on, and I think the worst parts for me were when I felt isolated and alone. There are few pitfalls I didn’t encounter along the way, so my hope is always that my story shows people they aren’t alone and whatever they’re facing can be overcome. Since we’re talking about RC, let me elaborate a bit on why I don’t recommend the Economist for outside reading.
The Economist is a fine publication. The writing is consistent throughout, clear and concise, and at a reading level just high enough for people to feel smart without creating too much risk of losing anyone. And that’s why it’s not a good stand-in to approximate RC passages. The Reading Comprehension section of the LSAT is everything The Economist is not: inconsistent, muddy and rambling, and confusing enough to overwhelm strong readers.
Though RC passages are drawn from real sources, they are not copy/pasted. They are adapted. All too often, what that means is that they are rewritten to transform good writing into bad writing.
You won’t find any outside reading deliberately written poorly, but I think we can do better than The Economist. My recommendation is Lapham’s Quarterly. It is not poorly written, but it is not cultivated for easy, consistent reading either. It’s a passion project by an old, veteran editor from Harpers. Each issue deep dives around a theme and includes writings from the ancient to cutting edge contemporary scholarship. A good starting place is a back issue on a subject which you’re unfamiliar with but that you find interesting. I’m sure there’s even better sources than this, but Lapham’s is at least a big leap forward from Economist.
As always when talking about outside reading, it is never a substitute for LSAT passages or a replacement for studying. But for anyone wanting to read in their off time, it certainly can’t hurt.
