fortunately, I can promise you that you will rarely run into questions like this in the future so don't put too much stock into it. had this come up in test taking conditions I would have flagged and skipped, that would be the soundest approach. There is at least one question per test I call the "180" question, designed to challenge the perfect scorer. If that's not you then these are the sort of questions that you have to be okay with taking the L on, so you don't waste your time pining after the impossible point. But if you really want to then the best approach is to spot the answer that best applies to the case that critic is describing people favorably disposed to the diet. In that case E describes people who are favorably disposed to the diet because their doctor put them on to it.
