Admissions viewing cancelled score unfavorably?

My thoughts are that the November test will allow me to become familiar with the testing center (the physical environment) as well as the time constraints and noise that is hard to replicate 100% by myself just to be on the safe side. The con is the admissions committee viewing a cancelled score unfavorably on my application, and potential waste of time and resources. I plan to take the January test after studying hard for 2 months. Thank you so much in advance for your responses!
