I think it depends on ur PT scores and what you are missing. If ur scoring 165+ you can probably drill more difficult questions. IMO I think its better to stick with easier/ medium difficulty questions. There's only so many hard questions out there and you don't want to burn through them.
I'd work up to the harder questions. I ditto the advice to drill easy until it's 5/5. Also, memorize everything JY has to say about LR from the lessons. Use a program like Anki to make digital flashcards and then drill 'em until you dreaming about them at night.

FWIW there doesn't seem to be a noticeable difference between "hard" and "very hard"
