Hi @AlexBassiri when you create a Drill, the questions are pulled from the Drilling pool which are questions from PT1-45, but it also pull from later PTs that are from the LR sections that are skipped if you choose the format "Current - 3 Section LSAT" when taking a PT.
So if you choose "Current - 3 Section" when you take a PrepTest and take PTs 45 and higher, there will be absolutely no overlap between PT LR and RC and Drilling pool LR and RC. In other words, you're guaranteed to have a fresh PT with a reliable PT score.
