Hypothetical.
Say I apply with current score get accepted and accept the acceptance. haha. Then I retake in June get a better score. Can I opt out and wait another cycle and apply to more schools? Try to get more money?

You can, but might lose a seat deposit during the process. The school might also negotiate a bigger scholarship for you.
A full people did that last year. They had LSATs that were high enough to get wait listed or accepted and had a fantastic June score and got more.
You can also lose the deposit and apply the following year.
