    Sure. There technically aren't degree qualifications for most universities. Obviously most profs/instructors will be PhDs or grad students working towards one; you'll also find J.Ds and MBAs teaching certain course. I think more commonly at community colleges, but it isn't unheard of for a J.D. to teach college classes at a university.

    I took a business law class in UG and my prof had a J.D. as a terminal degree.

    Yup. I took three undergrad courses taught by attorneys.

    I've taken courses taught by attorneys both at my community college and four-year college, so yes.
