Keyword Search

I noticed that at the bottom of LG questions there are keywords... can we search for these keywords?

For example, I want to work on games that have the But not Both rule... and that is a keyword that is highlighted. Is it possible to search for that?

Yup, I see you have the ultimate, like @"Dillon A. Wright" says, if you have ultimate +, you'll be able to search the question bank.
