Hi - I am reviewing a few videos and they pause and start, pause and start. Specifically, the videos pause for about a minute or two, then start for about 10 seconds and then pause again for another minute or two! Its so annoying! I haven't been able to watch a full video. My internet is running fine - kids on it and no problem for them. I am using chrome and cleared my cache but the videos are still pausing. Please help. I need to finish several videos today.

I know you’ve already cleared cache, but is it still happening? Which videos are you watching? Do you use Windows or Mac?

Hey - thanks. Sorry for responding so late. On Saturday it was the MBT videos. Today I was watching the MSS video for 29.4.3 and it was stop and go in the beginning and toward the end. I tried viewing the MBT videos again today and there is still a slowness : (.

I normally don't have a problem at all with any of the videos. Today, kids are not home so its just me using the wifi. I have no issues with other websites. Thanks so much for looking into this.
I'm experiencing similar issues with the lessons being slow to load. I've checked my internet speed and that doesn't seem to be the issue. Thanks in advance for the assistance.
Oh - I'm on Windows and I use Chrome. Sorry forgot to answer that part of the question.

I just used Windows 10 and Chrome to recreate the problems, but the videos played fine for me
Do you use Adobe Flash Player to watch the videos? If so, I suggest that you change the settings on your Account setting page:

Also, if possible, could you try another device or network to see if it works? Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Sorry for the delay - want to close this out. It turned out that the videos worked on my laptop. So I figured the delays had something to do with my computer. I shut it down and restarted it again and voila - we have videos! Ha! I should've thought of that a long time ago. Thank you again for all your help .
