If you don't think you're going to score where you want at the September test, you should postpone and take in November. It takes two or three months to go through the main curriculum (included in every package), and that doesn't include any time for taking full timed preptests. Since you're pretty close to your goal score, you might be able to reach it with a few effective strategies. If you want to really improve, it's a bit too late to just be getting started for the November test.

It's going to be difficult to get through all of the course, but 7sage's material is so darn good that I think it'd be worth it, even if you try to just watch the lessons that would be most helpful. Definitely only sign up for the Starter course at most. It takes most people around 2-3 months to get through the material while working/school full time. But since you've already been studying, you might want to just focus on areas where you think you could use the most help.
