I think that philosophy classes could certainly help. However, I wouldn't recommend taking classes that you'll hate/struggle in just for LR- your GPA is really important too. If something like a philosophy class sounds interesting though, I'd say go for it! Anecdotally, I think the classes that helped me most on the LSAT were upper level English classes. Reading a dense boring novel every week definitely helps with RC lol
Science or statistics classes I find to actually be super helpful. In designing experiments, you often come across a lot of this kind of logic. Different from the usual philosophy answer but could still be useful!
