Reapplying, do I need to repurchase CAS?

Hey guys!
I applied super late last year with bad results so I withdrew my applications and will be applying again this cycle. I was wondering if I have to repurchase CAS to send in my applications? Also will I need opt for CRS again?

CAS lasts for five years, so you're good. For CRS, you might have to turn it off and then turn it on again for this cycle, but that's pretty easy
