Have you thought of getting your eyes checked (if you haven't) and maybe getting glasses or contacts if there is a need for them? I had a similar problem during the early stages of LSAT prep in 2013... got my eyes checked and found that I needed glasses... used them over the course of the year... and that helped immensely... but then again maybe yours is a completely different issue... a visit to the Ophthalmologist or Optometrist could be beneficial... either way, its best to get this done as early before the test as possible to get used to anything that they suggest.
Rohto eye drops are like coffee for your eyes. I use them anytime my eyes feel dry or strained from screen usage. Not suitable if you were contacts on a daily basis
The suggestions above are great. Rhoto eye drops are absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them and I keep them on me at all times, especially when I'm studying/PTing. Another thing I've noticed, I perform much better when I wear glasses v. contacts. I don't know your exact optical situation but I'd definitely recommend seeing a specialist. It could help immensely.
A quick note about the Rhoto eye drops. They are brilliant but make sure to get ones NOT made in Vietnam (indicated on the box). They recently had a voluntary recall of their eyedrops made in Vietnam and although I'm sure the products involved in the recall have since been pulled from retail shelves, it's better to double-check.
