Why don't they release unofficial scores?

Does anyone know why LSAC doesn't release unofficial number of right answers at the end of the test? Presumably the system can calculate it on the fly, right? This could be followed by the actual score on the release date.
If anyone can't tell Sep 18 can't come fast enough for me lol

This would create so much mayhem lol. Sometimes they will drop a question or two from scoring (uncommon but it has happened). All this would do is cause LSAC to receive an influx of emails asking about scoring, scaling, etc which they don't release for undisclosed tests
