Yes, you can find our highlighting and underlining features on the top right of the Digital Tester. See the GIF below:

Sorry for the trouble. I was not able to reproduce the issue on my end. I was using Mac with Chrome browser in my previous GIF.

If you do not see the highlighting and underlining features on your end, please try the following:

Force Refresh the page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on "Force Refresh. See the screenshot below:

Clear your cache (here's how to do it: https://7sage.com/clear-cache/)

Use a different browser.
