So before I take a test or drill, I drink a small cup (like half to a quarter) and then take a nootropic for focus and memory. Really feel it helps me.
If you are prone to test anxiety or panic, drinking caffeine may not be the best idea. I personally got green tea for the LSAT because supposedly it both calms and energizes you. Worked well for me.
