Breakfast of Champions

Hi everyone, with the December LSAT swiftly approaching I thought it would be good to start a discussion on your personal choice for game day breakfast. I've noticed if I have a breakfast primarily of carbs for example that I feel sluggish and less focused. I seem to perform better on my PTs when I have something more substantial like an egg, or bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. Pacifico has won me over with the bulletproof coffee as well, not sure if I perform better or not but it certainly does seem to help me feel better and more focused. What are your favorite breakfast foods before a PT, or the actual LSAT?

If you're doing the hotel thing the night prior it's not s bad idea to check out what they have for breakfast so you can supplement if necessary.

I am going to go for something really light (like eggs and toast) and water. Whenever I have to do something important, I avoid caffeine like the plague.

I’m here. Egg yolks in avocado, on a bed of spinach drizzled in olive oil and macademia nuts and bacon. Coffee with heavy cream.

@Alejandro must try coffee with heavy cream (or tea for that matter) .. tastes great and no sugar needed either. I use cream-top-milk and use the largely-cream-parts for my tea with Brian Octane oil that I just started (thanks to the recommendations here @nicole.hopkins @Pacifico ).

@pritisharma I like my coffee like I like my pearl jam albums. Black! Anything other than that should be considered a cardinal sin. On the real though I might give heavy cream and/or tea a try. It sparked my curiosity.
