  Yes, it depends on the question stem. In that question, they are asking which one is a complete and accurate list of the buildings F could serve, which is either X, Y, or else Y, Z. Bc there are 2 complete and accurate lists of the buildings in which F could serve depending on which world they are referring to. And of course the correct answer will only give you one option. But if they asked which one of the following is a complete and accurate listing of the buildings any one of which could be the ones F serve, then it would be X, Y, Z all of them. Bc in this case, they are including the possibilities of all scenarios--- Any of one of which "independently". In other words, as long as F could serve you, you go into my list, bc I want "any one of which" F could serve independently.
