@Sami 15 days for 1 month, 30 days (so another 15) for another 1 month, and 90 days for a 3 month. Don't know beyond that, never got that far!!

I'd recommend the Sam Harris clip in the curriculum instead. I meditate every morning for 20 minutes unless I have a very busy day or something to early in the morning. 10 to 15 felt useless and 30 minutes was too much, so I just set a timer on my phone for 20. Yellowbrickcinema channel on Youtube has some nice ambient music if i can't find a quiet spot.
I agree, 20 mins is ideal. And Sam Harris was actually one of my first introductions to meditation. But Headspace really helped me stick with it
