Its skipping my mind right now, as I studied it before. But, in grouping games (not in/out) why do we use A -> ~B instead of A <-->~B for rules like A can't be added to the same class as B

It really depends on the game. But you have to remember that A <---> /B indicates that either A or B has to be in.
If there are only two classes, then I think diagramming as A <---> /B is ok. But if there are more than two classes, then I would diagram as A ---> /B.
