Debt is a very serious thing. Are you okay with that money hanging over your head for the next 30 years, accruing massive amounts of interest daily? Are you okay with the stress the debt will put on your family? If you answered…

I think you need to wait until all your offers are in before you jump to conclusions. But given the choice you presented here, I think I’d go with Denver. Usually I think following the money is the best choice, but Denver is …

I wouldn't count Texas A&M out. If you're getting money from Denver, then you may be in line for some A&M money as well. I'm in Colorado and decided not to apply to Denver, because they have conditional scholarships …
We're still working to update our predictor and https://7sage.com/admissions/top-law-school-admissions/ with the new medians. Stay tuned!
Thank you for doing this! Any idea when the predictor will be updated?

Sounds like you've got a good chance, but please apply to more than one school.

You're below their median LSAT and you're just above the median GPA. I don't know how much being a URM will help you at that school (my intuition is not much).

This may or may not help, but IMHO, if you want to go, take your shot and apply. The thing about models you have to remember, they are accurate over large numbers of people. For example, given your noted percentage of 79%,…

Check out Law School Numbers to see similar applicants and what their softs were, etc. I think it sounds like a reach school but not a crazy reach.
Thank you. I saw some applicants with numbers similar to mine and there…

Like others have said, I thought this was a balanced LSAT, nothing too crazy. I did however think RC was tough. Seems like most people thought it was easy or hard, no in between.
I thought my first LR with the bonobo question wasn't so bad.

I don’t know the exact numbers and I’m totally speculating and this is just from scrutinizing LSN so much, I think the “URM boost” gives you a 2-5 point LSAT boost. Your GPA is also below the median. You aren’t a shoe in with you…

A couple of different data points for you.

I think it sounds great man. Like others have said, just be sure to make it about you, perhaps if you have a different vision, or how you can make a different impact?
Either way, your PS seems sincere. Good luck!
