I've heard that schools will hold off looking at your application if you ask them! I would definitely email them and explain that you're taking the Jan exam and would like them to consider that score instead of your current score. Best of luck!

I would definitely not cancel it! A 155 is still above average and can get you into some good schools. My diagnostic was a 148 and I'm regretting cancelling that score because I just did worst on the Nov test (FML).
