I think most people aim to take ~30 , but that varies. It really depends on your goal and where you're at in relation to it. I personally plan to do 36-80 before I sit for the LSAT.
I know I've done #1 in @BinghamtonDave's list, PT 36 G3 -- six passengers on a bus -- but I don't have it in an LSAC book nor can I find it on this site, not even as a silent video. Does anyone have an idea as to where I might have seen it?
What @"Alex Divine" said. You'll also want to pick up PTs 36-44 for full PTs since you have the LSAT Starter course.

Thanks for posting this. So that I'm clear, (for Ultimate) we don't need to buy PT prior to 36 because we will be covering those through the question bank?
All PTs from 36 onwards. However, I regret not looking over earlier PTs, since September's virus game kind of threw me off. If you have the time, it's definitely beneficial to do as many PTs as possible before your test.
