No one knows. LSAC has been completely silent and opaque on how the Flex is scored, in true LSAC form. There are lower-score Flex anecdotes as well as higher-score Flex anecdotes. It sucks, but all scoring discussion is merely speculative.

You should definitley retake... if you were scoring in the high 150s than you basically have proof that you can do better. No reason to self sabatoge with that score if you've gotten much higher on practice test before.

@Katherine-2 Yes, they'll take your score. BUT schools will have fewer spots in their 2017 class when your score shows up inJanuary than they would in October (when you'd get the September score).
(Paging @LSATcantwin! Yes, this guy has different numbers. But he's a splitter applyinginJanuary vs. September to the exact same schools and getting vastly different results.)
