I would find a backup watch like the 35minutes one or something similar and then if you never get the 180 watch before the test just file a claim with your credit card company to refund your money since you never received the product.

There are also defensive driving classes you can take for point reduction ask your insurance company. If you tell lsac you took a course, maybe lsac will say to themselves " hmm, seems like she's doing her best".... Maybe...
