I can't comment on working full-time while studying full-time, but I recommend sitting out this cycle. Although you may be able to technically still get in this cycle with a June, you will get very little scholarship $$.
Career goals? How will you be financing the $? I assume you have a decent gpa if you got into a T25 school but if you study for a retake and score really high 165+, you could be looking at almost a fully scholarship at your regional.
Have you applied to any schools? A 161 should get you into many good schools, maybe even with a small scholarship, as long as your GPA isn't terrible. Possibly even a top 50 school.
Apply at UIUC. I got in there with a full ride scholarship and a 162. My GPA was below their medians too. They are really trying to get the LSAT median back up and a 161 should be good enough.

I've tried to find them online and while I an confirm that Duke is in the top 10 and Michigan is not, I can't find the rest of the info for the official USNWR ranks :/
Also, the "rankings leak" last year turned out to be false apparently... so I'll still wait for tomorrow.. though the Duke Michigan thing squares up with Above the Law 's peek at the USNWR rankings.
Got it from another forum... from the forum master... though he said that this seems accurate with the top 10 peek (which does not appear as ranked on ATL but Duke is there and Michigan is not) so this might be true...
