The best they can do is give you a refund so you can retake it. Unless proctor/testing center is absolutely egregious, nothing else will change -- at least from what I've heard.

*Sticker price (aka potential for massive student debt)
this confuses me? no matter what you choose there is potential for massive debt, but you shouldn't be taking sticker... for really any school (well except ...
I'll never forget the proctor with bad clock and "I'm always right" attitude. Oh, and the 60 or so pissed off future law students who knew they wer short-changed. I didn't notice anyone else, I was in the mode.
I always chew gum when taking tests, did it all through university lol. I don't think it would be a problem as long as you're not chewing loud. But again, it could depend on the proctor. I chewed the last time and it wasn't a problem.
I wouldn't rely on that crutch either. Say you get used to it and then your proctor ends up telling you "no gum"...just another thing to throw you off on test day
Some schools even accept the June LSAT for admission for fall of the same year, i.e. if you took the June 2015 LSAT, some will accept that score for Fall 2015 enrollment
Everything you do is dictated by the proctor. When the 35 minutes are up, you absolutely cannot go back and fill in any remaining questions. You will be kicked out if caught.
Correct, you may have something like 20ish seconds in between the sections. Only enough time time for the proctor to read the 2 or 3 lines of instructions.
