It doesn't look like they have announced a date by which they will announce changes. They announced the early June test change at the very end of April. So I imagine they will announce July around a month before as well.

What is requesting a coupon? I am also thinking about rescheduling so I wasn't sure if there was any way you could change your date or anything without having to just withdraw and reregister
Does anyone know how to change your test date? I signed up for the October flex but decided to push to November. Can't seem to find on the website how to change it and the LSAC line is always busy when I call! Plz help

You're right in that it is online, go ahead and register as normal. Afterward, if you log in to your LSAC, you will notice a statement stating it is the Flex and that you will need to confirm the change, or choose a credit for a later testing date.
You’ll follow the link to ProctorU included in the email, sign in using your LSAC login info, and get to pick a date and time. You can log in anytime after and change the date and time if you want depending on availability.
Hi! Go onto your LSAC account, on the home page scroll down to "LSAT Registrations" and it will give you the option to withdraw or change your test date.
Unfortunately you just missed the deadline to change dates for free... I think on the site you can only withdraw now. I believe you can still change dates but they'll charge you a fee. I'd just call them.
