It's different for everybody, but October is likely out of the picture so just prep for December with 2-3 PTs per week and see where you're at once the cutoff date for postponement/datechange arrives.
Just don't forget those fee waivers are for the school's application fees and not the dark lords' application fees... Getting a feewaiver from them is much more difficult...
You should also check their websites to see if you fall in any of their feewaiver categories (e.g.- TFA, military, etc.) or try scoring some at law school fairs or LSAC forums.

Wait ... Why would you pay this much money? You can get fee waivers from 90%+ of schools—I'm a splitter and have gotten waivers from almost all of the T14.
... it lsac charges you a fee (one time) which is ... pay the application fee plus the lsat report fee for each school ... ) and therefore ineligible for LSAT feewaiver. We can of course write ... to ask for an application feewaiver.
You can but they won't review it until you have a score. Also it might be better to wait since you might be able to get a feewaiver based on your score.
Haha, I was granted a feewaiver as well. I only received Official Super Prep I though. But thanks for the feedback, it's probably wise to shell out that comparatively small price for II, then.
