Score Submission help

I am giving LSAT in February in Asia. Do I need to submit the names of schools before I appear for LSAT or I can do the same even after giving LSAT?
Could anyone sum up the whole process of applying to law schools?

As far as i know, yes you can take the exam (as long as you have paid for it). Its upto you when you make a list of schools you wish to apply, when you send your transcripts, your LOR's and SOP's to LSAC and so on.

LSAC makes a file which has your transcripts, lsat score etc in it. To make it lsac charges you a fee (one time) which is the CAS fee. You have to pay Lsac to release it to each school. So basically you pay the application fee plus the lsat report fee for each school. I am guessing you are not a US citizen (like me) and therefore ineligible for LSAT fee waiver. We can of course write to each school to ask for an application fee waiver.
