I don't have accommodations, but its telling me that there are no options available either. No matter which day I pick it says that the time-slot is extending into a blackout.
Nah, I doubt they fill up that fast. I’m sure the proctors post a time range over which they can proctor so if many people choose 12:20 instead of 12:40, the proctors will all be working that timeslot.

LSAC sets it up and emails you the login details the day you're supposed to sign up for a timeslot.
