Use Google Chrome and make sure to test the equipment using that specific browser. It informed me half way through the test that I needed to update my brower, so I clicked the link and it had me download a ProctorU extension for Chrome! Good luck :) -

Just speculating, but it could be the application you are using. I have found using Safari produces some problems. Using Google Chrome usually fixed this! -
