The cumulative gpa is what law schools report to the ABA and US News, so it's more important. LSAC uses grades from every single college course, even if you transferred and you gpa did not transfer.

@Sheri123 LSAC has released 4 non-disclosed tests over the years. 3 of them are compiled in their Superprep book, each test titled A, B and C. A 4th test was recently released in Superprep2.

They are, just not as much as your 1L grades. The general consensus is that you need to have been in the realm of possibility the first time around to transfer somewhere. Of course if you end up #1 in your class that changes the calculus a bit.
Per the LSAC's website, the scores should be released via email by January 5. They do say that their listed dates are just estimates, so who knows...
