Have only taken 1 PT in the 80s. Have taken some in the 70s and they seem *slightly* harder than the 60s and before that. Is there a difference between 70s and 80s, though?

I have finished the core curriculum and have done four prep tests but I have been using the 50% added time to them. Is this bad practice I plan on reducing my time until I can hit the 35 minute mark.
When I put in my GPA with a below median LSAT, it gives me a higher than 50% chance for a lot of the T14s. However, I rarely ever hear or see people getting in w a below median LSAT... Does GPA matter more than I think?
