I'd say no. Disliking a major isn't really a good reason for an addendum, imo. Just apply and see what happens. if they for some reason ask you about it in an interview then just tell them, but yeah don't do the addendum -

It is hard to see that if HLS, Columbia, Northwestern take GRE that the Penns, UVAs, NYUs will be able to resist. Yeah, I agree with the above posters. Accepting the GRE will get Harvard more applicants, for sure. But, where is it written that they will accept even one of these GRE applicants?
